Diplodicus

Diplodicus is one of the main protagonists in the Diplodicus & Sealion series, alongside her partner Sealion. Ridiculously clever and lightning fast with ideas, Diplodicus can wriggle out of almost any wild, weird, or wacky predicament, usually with a smile and a brilliant plan.

Diplodicus is confident, resourceful, and highly intelligent. She approaches problems creatively and rarely panics, even when things become chaotic or dangerous. While Sealion provides calm logic and common sense, Diplodicus often delivers the unexpected solution that saves the day. She is playful, positive, and endlessly inventive.

Appearance

Diplodicus is a pink dinosaur with yellow toes, roughly resembling a sauropod. She has a long neck and tail and four thick, pillar like legs. Diplodicus has no fixed size and can appear very large or small enough to stand alongside the other animals in the forest, although this is never remarked upon.

Personality

Diplodicus can only communicate through one word, “RAWRL”, and essentially cannot speak. However, Sealion understands her completely, and through his reactions to her ideas and actions it becomes clear that she is highly intelligent and excellent at problem solving.

Role

Diplodicus’ role in the stories is to act as Sealion’s best friend and companion. They go everywhere and do everything together, facing every challenge side by side.
