Despite his frustrating tendency to nap at inopportune moments, the Wise Old Sloth’s words often prove to be correct — even if their meaning only becomes clear much later.

Appearance

The Wise Old Sloth is a light purple sloth with a grey face and tummy. He has a red tongue and often has his eyes closed!

Personality

Calm, enigmatic, and extremely sleepy. The Wise Old Sloth speaks slowly and thoughtfully, offering mystical-sounding advice that can be difficult to interpret. He is unbothered by urgency and seems perfectly content to drift off mid-conversation.

Role

The Wise Old Sloth serves as a source of ancient wisdom within the forest, occasionally pointing characters in the right direction — whether they realise it at the time or not.
