Mole

Mole is the self proclaimed evil genius of the Diplodicus & Sealion series and Rabbit’s long suffering partner. Intelligent, meticulous, and deeply convinced of his own brilliance, Mole spends most of his time inventing complicated machines designed to ruin Diplodicus & Sealion’s peaceful lives. Sadly for Mole, these inventions almost never work as intended.

Mole is smug, dramatic, and highly strung. He loves planning, diagrams, and giving long speeches explaining how clever he is. While he sees himself as a master strategist, his fatal flaw is trusting Rabbit anywhere near his inventions. Mole is easily frustrated when things go wrong, which only makes his inevitable failures more entertaining.

Appearance

Mole has a dark navy head with cream cheeks and a black nose. He wears large round spectacles and a white lab coat. A classic mad scientist.

Personality

Mole speaks formally and dramatically, often using grand language and declaring his own genius at length. He enjoys explaining things far more than actually testing them.

Role

Mole’s role in the stories is to be the architect of disaster. He creates the plans, builds the machines, and delivers the monologues, while Rabbit ensures everything collapses in the most spectacular way possible.
